Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing through Soon Erased. If something isn’t right, we offer a clear and fair returns process in line with UK consumer regulations.
14-Day Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the artwork must:
• Be in its original condition
• Be unused and undamaged
• Be returned in its original packaging, including any protective materials
• Include any accompanying documentation or certificates provided at purchase
Because all works sold through Soon Erased are original, one-of-one artworks, we ask buyers to take care when handling items prior to deciding on a return.
Return Shipping Costs
• Returns are free to request and repayed in full, but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
• We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at:

Include:
• Your order number
• The artwork title
• The reason for the return
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider
If the artwork is returned in a condition that differs from when it was sent, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or decline the return.
Non-Returnable Items
At this time, the following items are not eligible for return:
• Items marked as final sale (where explicitly stated)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your artwork arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
