Products

We sell original artworks and related products on behalf of artists. Product descriptions and images are provided in good faith.

Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed when payment is received. Payment is processed securely via third parties.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates (2–7 days UK; international longer). Buyer is responsible for import duties/taxes where applicable.

Cancellations & Returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel (unless the artwork is commissioned, customised, or otherwise exempt).

You must cover return costs.

Refunds processed within 14 days of return.

Damage in transit

If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll arrange resolution with the artist.

Ownership

Ownership passes to the buyer only once full payment is received.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
